The Giants Community Fund Real Estate Program

The Giants Community Fund, the official 501(c)(3) nonprofit of the San Francisco Giants, uses baseball and softball to promote health, education and character development to propel youth in underserved regions to be positive forces in their communities.

Donating real estate to the Fund gives over 30,000 boys and girls the opportunity to learn life skills while playing the game of baseball. Support the Giants Community Fund by donating real estate today!

About Real Estate Donations

Giants Community Fund partners with CARS (Charitable Adult Rides & Services), our longtime partner with us on our successful vehicle donation program, to process real estate donations to benefit Giants Community Fund. Our program takes any property type (land, homes, commercial) in any location so long as there is equity. Even if you owe back taxes, have a mortgage balance, or deferred maintenance, it's no problem. We will pay off all loans, liens, commissions owed and pay all closing costs. If you have a real estate asset that is costing you money or not being utilized, donating it is a great way to give back and you may even claim a significant tax deduction!
